There are a lot of URL redirection service. Here, i would like to introduce TinyURL, SnipURL, MooURL, Small Links, urlTea, and 0rz.
TinyURL
I believe TinyURL is the most popular URL redirection service. How-To Geek had shared some tips on How to See Where a TinyUrl Is Really Linking To and Create a TinyUrl the Easy Way in Firefox.
SnipURL
SnipURL offer some advance features over the other URL redirection service. They provide a javascript bookmarklet code to allow you to create a SnipURL within your browser. You can refer to hongkiat.com for more information about SnipURL.
MooURL
MooURL let you personalize your short URL. For example, you can personalize your MooURL so that it looks like http://moourl.com/techsnack. They also provide a javascript bookmarklet code for you to generate MooURL faster and within the browser. You can refer hongkiat.com for more information about MooURL.
Small Links
Small Links is just a normal URL redirection service, but they will show an advertisement page before load the real URL.
urlTea
urlTea comes with a unique feature. They added the ability for users to tag on a question mark and describe the URL however they want, as part of the url. Instead of boring and meaningless URL like http://urltea.com/meaningless, now you can add text so that it become http://urltea.com/meaningless?now-you-can-understand-this-url. But, i wonder why they add this feature? I believe the permalink is more meaningful than this, right?

I had cover 0rz URL redirector before. They had both english and chinese version.

http://piurl.com lets you add tags(keywords) adding -keyword to the url and also provides javascript bookmarklet for the browser.

With http://www.urlsnub.com you can not only add multiple urls into one url but you can also create your own custom tags and track unique and non unique visitors to your short url. 
You should give them a try they offer many great features.

At http://www.urlcover.com you can choose your own ending tag. It makes it a lot easier to rememebr your shortened URL.
This is the one that I use - http://www.tiny9.com
It lets you specify tags (keywords) to use in your link instead of generating random ones.
